Dion was born in Inglewood, California, and grew up in a military family, spending time in Germany and various installations across the United States. With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Dion has worked extensively in the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins. Dion is proud to be part of the Spill-Tect team, where a shared vision of growth, quality products, and exceptional customer service creates a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Born in Odessa, Texas and raised in the heart of the Permian Basin, Tatum brings deep regional insight and a powerful work ethic to the oil and gas industry. With 8 years of hands-on experience across key formations—including the Permian Basin, Delaware Basin, and Barnett Shale—she has built a strong foundation in field operations, resource development, and basin-specific strategies.
Her commitment to growth also goes beyond the field. Tatum is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, continually expanding her technical knowledge while staying fully immersed in day-to-day operations. Her commitment to continuous growth, combined with real-world expertise in oilfield operations, positions her as a valuable asset in today’s energy demands.
